Bracher Emden- THE BAG

For all of you out there that you love your bags (and we are plenty to have our own country and currency) we want to introduce the Bracher Emden handbags. Gorgeous, stunning, unique!!
Every single bag (and yes i own one) is made with different colour leather all stitched by hand..with a few (hundreds of Swarovski crystals & gems. Absolutely stunning.

I first found this bag at their shop (now closed) at Monmouth Street on Covent garden. Bad service but the bags.......all called my name!!! Now you can find them at Selfridges, Liberty, Bergdorf and Henry Bendel and some more stores.

If you want to be different this is THE BAG to carry!

We Love...Tom Binns

Tom Binns is an Irish designer full of anger. He directs this anger into his designs showcasing his creativity and boldness, while at the same time creating plenty of controversy. For example, he created a piece combining a flying toy plane with streaming nuts and bolts to express his thoughts on Boeing’s safety records. Binns studied jewelry design at Middlesex Poly. There he showcased his talents in the PX shop in Convent Garden. When he left college, he started working with Malcolm McLaren and Vivienne Westwood for their World’s End project. After this stint, he experimented with strech fabrics and manmade fibres as well as "junk" such as scrap metal, broken spectacles, bent forks, and light-bulbs. He found success in Europe, but felt that his work would be fully appreciated in the United States because of his belief that Americans are more open to new ideas. He is now based in New York but his goals still remain the same - "...I want to make people think, to challenge them. That is the function of art." www.tombinnsdesign.com
